One of the benefits of shopping online is being able to access a vast array of items from all over the United States. This also means that your order may come from multiple warehouses, depending on which one has the item in stock and can ship it most efficiently. While this may result in some orders arriving in separate packages or at different times, rest assured that our team is working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Standard Shipping:
You can now ship any number of items to any of the lower 48 states (Continental US) for free. This offer also includes most oversized items, as well as antennas that are eight feet or less. However, extremely large items that are marked as special order/freight truck only are excluded from this offer.
The shipping transit time will be between 1 to 6 business days, and we may use UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipping services at our discretion. Please note that you must select the Standard shipping option during checkout to take advantage of this offer.
Promo - 2 day shipping
You can ship any number of items for a flat rate of either 29.95, and your order will arrive within 1-2 business days. However, please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not counted as transit days, and items are not usually delivered on these days. It's also important to keep in mind that the day your order is shipped does not count as a transit day.
This offer is only valid for delivery within the continental US (lower 48 states), and there are certain exclusions to the offer. These include Alaska, Hawaii, special order items, freight truck items, orders over 30 lbs, and oversized items such as 8-foot or longer antennas, radomes, array radars, life rafts, satellites. Please note that we may choose to ship items via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on our discretion.
It's also important to keep in mind that items may be shipped from warehouses located throughout the US, so please base your delivery expectations on the shipping method chosen rather than the distance. We also like to emphasize we have no control over mother nature and delays possibly caused by the weather, if your item is not received in timely fashion we will try to work with you to meet customer satisfaction. Freight/ Specialty Order
Items declared specialty/ freight are not eligible for returns, the sale is final on that product (free shipping does not apply unless specified on products page). Please double check this is the correct item being ordered, if you are unsure contact us here. Rest assure this does not jeopardize the manufacturers warranty. All claims, technical support and shipping related matters is handled directly with the manufacturer and/or shipping company.
Return Policy- Updated 11/20/23
At AMG Sales, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a thirty-day return policy for most items. However, there are some exceptions to this policy. Open software, mapping and chart data cards, freight truck only items, and special order items are not eligible for return. This is due to the nature of these products shipping implements and the fact that they cannot be returned.
As a customer, it's important to have peace of mind when making a purchase. That's why we offer returns for items that are in NEW, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery and will issue a refund back to the source that was used to purchase the item WITH NO restocking fee.
However, it's also important for us to be able to re-sell returned items and maintain efficient inventory management. That's why all returned items must be complete and in sellable condition. If an item returned has been opened and/or box contents are not in condition for resale, a 15% restocking fee or no refund will be returned depending upon investigating.
In addition, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective returns. We do not accept returns after 30 days, which means after you have received your purchase you have 29 days to make a decision. Sales, clearance and items purchased with gifts cards are not returnable unfortunately.
Defective Products
When purchasing a new product, it can be frustrating to encounter a defect that affects its functionality. However, don't despair - if this happens, the manufacturer may provide a prepaid return label for the defective item. Before shipping it back, make sure to contact the manufacturer for technical support and confirm that the product truly is defective and in need of replacement. When speaking with the technician, be sure to have the serial number and details about the issue on hand in order to facilitate a smooth and efficient process. The manufacturer will then provide clear return instructions along with the prepaid label, making it easy for you to receive a functioning replacement product as quickly as possible.
Non-Defective Products
When returning a non-defective product, it is important to make sure that it meets all eligibility criteria. This includes ensuring that the merchandise is unused and unopened, and that all original packaging and proof of purchase are included. Without these requirements, the return may not be accepted. It is also important to note that merchandise with serial numbers that do not match will not be eligible for a refund. To ensure a smooth return process, obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back may be advised. By following these guidelines, customers can receive their full refund minus any shipping charges incurred and restocking fee's. As a customer, it is important to know that if you are making a non-defective return at AMG Sales, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. This means it is wise to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance for any items of considerable value. It's unfortunate, but packages do occasionally get lost or damaged during transit. AMG Sales is not liable for lost or damaged return packages, so taking these extra precautions can give you peace of mind and ensure that your return is successfully processed.
**Returns are not accepted for remanufactured units. In case of any technical issue with your product, please get in touch with the manufacturer directly.
Cancellations
Shopping online has never been more convenient, but it also means that orders are processed and shipped almost instantly. That being said, once an order is submitted, it may not be cancelled until the merchandise has been received or pending approval. In fact, many online retailers have a seven day return or cancellation window in which the request must be made. So before submitting an order, make sure to double check all details to ensure the items and quantities are correct. Otherwise, you may end up paying for something you didn't intend to buy or receiving products that you can't return or exchange. Bottom line: take the time to review your online purchases before hitting that submit button or be subject to restocking fee's.
Damaged Shipment
It is important for customers to make any claims regarding shipment damage, incorrect or missing items, or non-receipt of goods within seven days of receiving their order. This seven day period allows us to investigate and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Any claims made after seven days may not be able to be fully addressed or resolved. We value our customers and strive to provide exceptional service, so we ask for your prompt attention in reporting any problems with your order within the seven day timeframe. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refusal
In some cases we reserve the right to refuse returns for certain reasons. This includes returned items that are sent COD or without a return authorization, show signs of installation or use not previously disclosed, missing parts or packaging, missing proof of purchase and/or missing UPC code, and/or having serial numbers that do not match our records. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but these factors prevent us from being able to properly process the return and ensure quality control in our products.
It is important that all of our conditions are met. This includes having proof of purchase and ensuring the item being returned is in its original condition. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange or impose additional conditions. For example, if a customer does not have their receipt and is requesting an exchange, we may ask for a valid form of identification before proceeding. Likewise, if an item being returned is missing parts or significantly damaged, we may deduct a certain percentage from the refund amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our return and exchange policies.
